Loved You Once But He's My Forever (Chloe)

Chapter 570 You Dissapoint Me

"No need, I'll just take a nap and I'll be fine tomorrow," Anna replied to Taylor's offer.

"Okay, then let's not go back," he said.

Taylor specially had someone bring food over, all to help Anna recover.

After yesterday's events, Taylor had already regarded Anna as his.

Even if Anna couldn't accept their relationship for the time being, he didn't mind. They had a lifetime ahead of them.

He held Anna's hand gently and said, "Anna, I will treat you well for the rest of my life. So, can you stop thinking about leaving? The fate of the Sanders is already set, and it's not something you or I can change. From now on, can you forget about the Sanders?"

She had only spent five years of her life with the Sanders, yet those years had become the most important memories of her life.

Even though she had once blurred the faces of her brothers, she still remembered how they had loved her when she was young.

How could she forget about the Sanders and live her own life?

Wouldn't that be no different from betrayal?

Anna knew that if she secretly escaped this time, even though Taylor didn't say it outright, he already had a plan.

It would be extremely difficult to escape from him. Anna had no choice but to hide her sharp edges and temporarily compromise.

At least long enough to fool him. That was her only chance to escape.

Through tear-filled eyes, she looked up at Taylor. "The Sanders gave me life. How could I ever forget them? Taylor, can't you let go of your revenge?"

Taylor gently stroked her hair. He murmured, "Anna, I never wanted revenge against the Sanders. This hatred isn't mine to end. It's a feud between two families, bound by blood. It's far too complicated. I'm already doing everything I can just to keep you safe."

Anna sobbed against his chest. She cried, "But... you want me to just stand by and watch my family fall apart? I can't."

"Anna, there's a way," he said quietly. "I have a drug ... if you take enough of it, you'll forget everything that ever happened. If you want..."noveldrama

"No!" Anna cut him off instantly. "I don't want to forget who I am."

Taylor sighed. "I won't force you. You pity the Sanders ... but didn't my family suffer too? Our home was destroyed, our people lost. Did we deserve that?" "I don't know," Anna whispered.

It was a deadlock. No one could say who was right or wrong anymore.

Taylor said gently, "Anna, I promise I won't take part in anything against the Sanders. Just stay with me, alright?"

It was the most he could offer. He kissed away her tears, comforting her the way he had when they were younger.

"Taylor ... "Anna nuzzled softly against his nose. "I have no one but you now."

Taylor felt sad for her. "Anna, I'll take care of you," he promised.

Their eyes met, and emotion shimmered in Anna's gaze. She leaned forward and kissed him first, her mind clear now-the drug had long since worn off.

Taylor stiffened in shock and nervousness. "Anna, do you know what you're doing?"

"I do. Taylor ... " she whispered.

Her fingers slowly undid the buttons of his shirt, pressing soft kisses along his skin. They clung to each other for days, lost in each other, unable to separate.

Taylor had never even dreamed of such intimacy, and they explored every inch of each other without restraint. As he held her sleeping peacefully in his arms, he kissed her bare shoulder, feeling an overwhelming sense of tenderness.

He believed she clung to him because she had lost everything else. And he vowed to protect her, no matter what.

At dawn, Anna slowly woke in his arms.

"Taylor ... " she murmured, her voice soft and sweet, melting Taylor's heart.

"You're awake?" he said gently. "Are you hungry?"

She nuzzled into the crook of his neck. "Yeah. I'm starving."

"What do you want to eat?" he asked, smiling.

"You," she said mischievously, her eyes sparkling with playful light. "You taste so good."

Their gazes locked, practically sparking. Taylor blushed to the tips of his ears. "Haven't you had enough? Who was crying last night, begging me to stop?"

Anna licked her lips teasingly. "Well... you're just too good."

Burying his face against her neck, Taylor whispered, "Anna, I only lose control like this with you."

Anna's eyes flickered with a deeper

emotion. She knew her plan was

already halfway to success. All

those days of intimacy had

completely disarmed him.

She said sweetly, "Taylor, my stomach's growling. We've been stuck in this hotel

for days. I'm tired of the food. Can we go out today?"

"Of course. What do you want to eat?" Taylor asked, smilling.

Thinking about how she had been locked away for so many years, hardly seeing

the outside world, Taylor felt a pang of guilt and tenderness.

"Alright," he said warmly. He took her to the mall, holding her hand tightly. They ate, wandered through stores, and even watched a movie.

For the first time in years, Anna smiled happily.

"Anna, I'll take you out like this all the time from now on," he said.

"Okay," Anna said happily. "Can we go to the aquarium tomorrow?"

"Anything you want," Taylor replied.

Then, it started snowing. Anna stopped in her tracks, holding out her hand to catch the snowflakes.

Her palm filled with soft white flakes.

She remembered. The day Sadie died, the snow had been just like this. She would never forget how horribly Sadie had died.

"What are you looking at?" Taylor asked.

"Nothing," she said, hiding the coldness in her eyes. "I was just thinking about how beautiful the snow is."

For days, Taylor stayed by her side, showing her around Snowville.

He planned to send her back to Jaford once she had enjoyed herself, keeping the looming disaster from her.

Anna knew she didn't have much time left. Once she was sent back to Jaford, she wouldn't have another chance to escape.

So today, she escaped again.

This time, she was prepared. As soon as she left, she took off the necklace. Over the next few days, she secretly returned the things Taylor bought for her, exchanging them for some cash.

She didn't dare take an illegal cab again, so she opted for a regular taxi.

She casually left the necklace in the taxi, letting Taylor slowly track her location.

Then she transferred to another taxi and headed straight to the Sander residence.

It was just a 20-minute drive, she was nervous and excited. This time, no one would stop her.

She was about to see her family. She wanted to tell them how much she missed them all these years.

The taxi stopped, and Anna looked at the Sander residence in the distance, a place she could hardly remember.

It felt both strange and heartbreakingly familiar. Would they cry tears of joy when they saw her?

Smiling through her nerves, she broke into a run, only to freeze.

From behind a black car parked by the gate, Taylor stepped out.

fel

The moment she saw him, her heart dropped. Taylor's voice was calm, but filled with disappointment. "Anna, you've really let me down," he said coldly.
