Chapter 253 We're Here to Take Yasmin
Alexander's brow furrowed as Allison pulled out her phone and showed him a surveillance video.
"Check this out. Recognize anyone?" Allison asked.
Alexander took the phone, his expression darkening as he watched the footage. Despite the sunglasses and hat, Alexander recognized her instantly. It was Sloane. The Grey family had sworn they sent Sloane out of the country, yet here she was, sneaking around Serenity Manor. If it weren't for Allison's password-protected locks that changed every half hour, Sloane might have actually made it into the estate.
And Sloane's target was clear: Alexander's place. This infuriated him.
"The Grey family made a big fuss before, then suddenly went quiet. I didn't think much of it until I saw this footage. It reminded me of Wallace! Few in Skycrest could give Wallace a million dollars in one go. And while Dr. White's data is classified, there are even fewer people capable of developing it! Sloane studied abroad for five years and came back with a project," Allison explained.
Alexander nodded. He knew about Sloane's return but had overlooked the details of her project. "I'll have James look into it right away!"
Allison didn't concern herself with the Grey family's issues, as they targeted Alexander. Just as she was about to leave, she got a call from Jonah, and her expression changed instantly.
"Have the bodyguards secure the gate. If they try to break in, call the police!" she instructed, heading back to her room to grab her coat. Alexander stopped her.noveldrama
"I'll drive you," he offered.
Allison didn't respond, and Alexander didn't press for details. Since Jonah had called, it was likely about Yasmin. The only people bold enough to cause trouble at Bennett Manor were probably the Miles family.
They arrived at Bennett Manor quickly. At the gate, a dozen bodyguards were trying to break in, with a few attempting to force their way inside. Allison jumped out of the car, sprinted over, and kicked two intruders away.
Without hesitation, Allison took down all the bodyguards within three minutes, then turned to face Miles and Shirley.
"Mr. Walker, what are you doing causing trouble at Bennett Manor?" Allison demanded.
Miles was still in shock, but Shirley spoke up. "What are we doing? We're here to take Yasmin. That's not illegal. Why won't the Bennett family let her go?"
Allison glanced at the fallen bodyguards and sneered. "Take Yasmin? Has Oliver married her?"
Shirley's face froze. Of course, they hadn't married. But thinking of Yasmin's pregnancy, she regained her composure. "Even if they're not married, Yasmin is still our daughter- in-law. She's carrying Oliver's child. We're kindly asking her to come back with us. What's she doing staying at The Bennett Manor with a big belly?"
With the New Year approaching, Allegra suddenly remembered Yasmin and sent Miles and Shirley to bring her back. After all, she was carrying the only fourth-generation child of the Walker family.
When Miles and Shirley showed up, they didn't waste any time with pleasantries. They demanded Yasmin pack her stuff and move to Walker Manor. Jonah was livid and kicked them out.
"Oliver hasn't even held an engagement ceremony with Yasmin, let alone married her! You want to take her away without following any proper procedures? Is this how the Walker family operates?" Jonah fumed.
Shirley glared at Allison, her dislike clear as day. She lunged forward to slap Allison, but Allison caught her wrist.
"You dare talk to me about engagements and marriages? Look at Yasmin. Do you deserve her? She seduced Oliver and got pregnant. Who knows if that child is even Oliver's? And you, seducing an older man. You and Yasmin are both women who can't live without men!" Shirley spat.
Allison's eyes turned red with anger. Without hesitation, she twisted Shirley's wrist, causing her to scream in pain before throwing her to the ground.
Alexander walked up just in time to hear Shirley's accusations about Allison seducing an older man. His face darkened.
So, Shirley didn't even respect Alexander anymore and dared to attack Allison. Did she think Alexander was dead?
"She's trying to kill me! Call the police! I want the Bennett family to compensate for my injuries and medical expenses!" Shirley screamed, her cries pitiful. Miles frowned but looked at Allison with hostility.
"Ms. Bennett, don't you think you're going too far?" Miles challenged.
"Too far? You broke into someone else's home and tried to take someone away. Who do you think you are? Even the police wouldn't dare to break into Bennett Manor. You want Yasmin to go to The Walker Manor to be tortured? Call the police! Go ahead, call them now!" Allison retorted.

Jonah emerged from inside, his face showing clear signs of a struggle. It was evident there had been a confrontation before Allison arrived.
"Where's Yasmin?" Allison asked.
Yasmin stepped out from behind the door. "I'm here."
Allison looked at her pale face and asked sternly, "Yasmin, have you made up your mind? Do you want to go back to Walker Manor?"
Yasmin shook her head quickly. "No, I don't want to go back. They only hit me and don't give me food. I don't want to go!"
Allison's stern gaze remained on Yasmin. "You have two choices. One, have the baby and marry Oliver. The Bennett family will provide you with a dowry to marry into the Walker family. Two, keep the baby or terminate the pregnancy, it's your choice. But you will sever all ties with the Walker family. Even if you have the baby, I can ensure you have no connection with the Walker family."
Yasmin was stunned. She hadn't expected Allison to be so firm and unafraid of offending the Walker family.
Allison said, "If you think Oliver is a good man and want to marry him, the Bennett family will prepare a dowry for you."
"No, I don't want to. Oliver is not a good man. He's trash!" Yasmin refused without hesitation, infuriating Shirley.
"Yasmin, you're the real trash! You seduced my son and got pregnant at such a young age. You ruined his future. You deserve to die!" Shirley screamed.
