Chapter 450 Exposing Daisy
Daisy's shrill voice pierced everyone's ears.
"Sophia, you vixen, you've been clinging to Alexander all night. You're really shameless."
"So what if I curse you? You seduced Alexander, and I'm not allowed to curse you? You're a shameless bitch."
"Sophia, do you think Alexander would still want you if he saw you push me into the river?"
Sophia played the recording segment by segment.
With each segment played, Daisy's face turned a shade paler.noveldrama
She clenched her fists tightly, her eyes filled with malice.
She kept shaking her head, crying to Alexander, "Alexander, don't believe it. She maliciously edited it. She cursed me first, but she didn't play that part."
Alexander pushed her away, his face dark, and said, "Daisy, if you dare to interfere in my affairs again, I won't consider you my sister anymore!"
With that, he grabbed Sophia's hand and said in a deep voice, "Sophia, come with me." Just as he was about to leave with Sophia, he saw Gordon standing opposite him with a stern expression.
Frightened, Alexander immediately apologized, "Mr. Sinclair, it's all my sister's fault. I apologize on her behalf, but that wasn't my intention. I've always liked Sophia."
Gordon pulled Sophia into his arms, looking at her with deep concern, "I have to thank Joyce for giving Sophia that magical watch. Otherwise, she wouldn't have been able to clear her name today.
Philip, your daughter is precious, and so is mine. Seeing her being bullied, I can't just stand by.
Since the last time we called off the engagement, our stance has been clear. It's your son Alexander who keeps pestering her. Now, you're blaming Sophia for being shameless.
My daughter Sophia won't bear this accusation. Tommy, send out that video to clear Sophia's name.
Since the Cross family doesn't care about their reputation, why should we?
Sweetheart, let's go home."
With that, Gordon held Sophia's hand and walked past Philip.
Philip's face was as dark as it could be.
Seeing this, Philip didn't dare to say a word and scolded Daisy, "You're always causing trouble. Come home with me!"
Alexander watched as Sophia got into Tommy's car and left.
He bit his teeth in anger.
Gordon hadn't calmed down since the last incident.
Adding to this incident, his pursuit of Sophia became even more difficult.
Joyce walked up to him, her expression cold, and said, "Mr. Cross, if you hadn't arrived
in time, Sophia would have been accused of murder today. Even if she had evidence, what good would it do?
So, for Daisy's sake, please don't bother Sophia anymore.
She's so lively and adorable; she shouldn't be dragged down by you, feeling depressed
all the time. She deserves her own happiness.
Please, Mr. Cross, let her go."
With that, Joyce politely nodded at Alexander and then turned to leave.

Joyce was a goddess in the legal world, someone no one dared to provoke.
Her words were like a knife, deeply piercing Alexander's heart.
Even if he wanted to explain, he had no words.
He stood there, clenching his fists tightly.
Sebastian walked up to him, patted his shoulder, and said, "Don't say I didn't warn you. If you don't deal with Daisy thoroughly, you and Sophia will never be together. Look how angry Joyce is; I need to go calm her down."
With that, he strode after Joyce.
Sophia got into the car, pretending to smile at Gordon, "Dad, you were so impressive today, absolutely amazing. Look, my fans are all cheering for you."
Gordon gently patted Sophia's head, "Alright, if you don't want to smile, don't force it. I know you're feeling bad. How could the Cross family have such a troublemaker? She's a disaster."
"I'm fine. But when we go back, won't Grandpa blame us? After all, he and Gilbert have been comrades for so many years, sharing life and death. After what happened today, it will be hard for our families to sit together again."
"So what? Your grandpa's last name is Sinclair, not Cross. He'll naturally side with you. Besides, this is clearly Daisy's fault. Why would he blame you?"
Sophia leaned her head on Gordon's shoulder, her eyes a bit teary, "It's so good to have family protection. You don't know how much I suffered outside in the past. Every time I was bullied, I went back to a cold rental room, with no one to comfort me."
Hearing this, Gordon gently patted her head, "That was my fault. If I had known Alexander was like this, I wouldn't have forced you to marry him. Don't worry, from now on, you can marry whoever you want, and I won't interfere."
Sophia smiled, "I love you so much, Dad."
When they got home, Dean didn't blame Sophia. Instead, he gently patted her head, "If they dare to bully you, I'll cut ties with their family. Don't be afraid; we'll always be your support."

Sophia immediately hugged Dean, "So you don't care about Gilbert's friendship anymore?"
"I don't care. You're the most important."
"Actually, this has nothing to do with Mr. Cross. It's all Daisy's doing. I don't want our generation's conflicts to affect your generation."
"But Gilbert values Daisy more than his own life. How can I not be angry? Last time, he stopped Daisy from apologizing to you, worried she'd have an episode.
This time, even if Daisy kneels to apologize to you, I won't forgive him." Sophia smiled at her grandpa, "Grandpa, I didn't know you loved me so much. I thought in your eyes, only comradeship mattered, and I was just a supporting role." Dean gently patted her head, "What are you talking about? I used to think the Cross family was reliable, and Alexander, being a doctor, seemed trustworthy. I thought you'd have a good life there.
But now I see I was wrong. With Daisy around, you wouldn't have a good life there."
Felicia walked over and said, "Alright, let's leave it at that. Sophia shouldn't be mistreated; that's my bottom line. You two haven't eaten much, right? I made some spaghetti. Come and eat. Tommy, you join us too."
Tommy obediently took a bowl from Felicia and said gently, "Sophia doesn't like cilantro. Please don't put it in the next bowl."
Hearing this, Felicia immediately slapped her forehead, "I forgot about that. What should I do? I put cilantro in all the bowls."
"It's okay. I'll pick it out for her."
With that, he picked out the cilantro one by one.
Then he pushed the bowl to Sophia and said, "Sophia, have some. It smells good."
Sophia smiled and ruffled his hair, "Tommy, you're so considerate. The girl who marries you will be very lucky. By the way, what kind of girl do you like? Let me help you find one."
What do you think?
