Evelyn put down her laptop and gave a polite nod. "Hello, I'm Evelyn."

Hailey noted Evelyn's calm, composed presence and immediately grew fond of her.

Hailey didn't notice the tension between Evelyn and Tiffany. She only focused on the affectionate scene between Tiffany and Lucas.

She immediately understood their relationship and brushed off the tension. "Ms. Moore, I've heard so much about you. Brandon speaks highly of you. You're quite an accomplished young woman in the aerospace field."

Tiffany smiled humbly. She hadn't expected Brandon to mention her to his mother. She smiled in return. "Mr. Connor is too generous with his praise."

Hailey, who had business to attend to, said, "You two take a seat. The event will start soon. We can talk afterward."

At this moment, Sebastian returned.

The crowd slowly began to grow, and Evelyn spotted several familiar faces. Flynn and Brandon had arrived, and a number of high-level executives from the industry followed behind them.

Evelyn didn't pay much attention to them, though. She focused on organizing her presentation and preparing the project details for the upcoming discussion.

However, the biggest names in the room besides Lucas were Sebastian, Brandon, and the others. Their seats were close to each other, and as they waited for the event to begin, small talk was inevitable.

Lucas, aware that Flying Seal Group's new project was gearing up for publicity, turned to Sebastian. "Mr. Hill, will you be discussing the new project later? I got some insight from Mr. Stewart. The core of this new project seems to be a breakthrough in engine systems."

Tiffany, with a calm smile, added, "There's a certain gap in domestic aerospace technology, especially in the engine sector. Mr. Hill, is this truly a breakthrough?"

She had studied abroad in Erana and was well aware of the technological gaps. If Flying Seal Group really had new technology, she would immediately suspect that Graham was involved. Without his assistance, it wouldn't be possible.

"Mr. Hill, why don't you give us a little preview?" Flynn asked with interest.

Have you identified any potential investors?" The projected investment for the new project was around 500 million dollars, which was a significant sum. It required careful consideration.

Evelyn's voice was low. Those around her didn't know what she was saying to Sebastian. They just thought she was interrupting their conversation about the project's technology.

Tiffany furrowed her brows slightly. She then forced a smile and slammed her handbag lightly on the table.

Flynn frowned and laughed lightly. "Ms. Reed, please refrain from interrupting. Can't you see everyone's discussing the project with Mr. Hill? Or are you representing Mr. Hill?"

He saw Evelyn as an assistant, with no expertise and no sense of timing. How could Sebastian be so infatuated with her?
